Services and goods can be exported out of India but taxes can not be exported. Hence if you are exporting either goods or services and earning valuable foreign exchange for Government of India you are very much eligible for refund of GST u/s Section 54 and Section 55 of the CGST Act, 2017 on fulfiliment of certain conditions.
